We think some clients are ringing the contact telephone number and then waiting for a response. Unfortunately we’re not always able to answer the phone, respond to emails and text messages during treatments.
We have an online booking system that is easy to use, no waiting time and you can book multi treatments, reschedule and cancel appointments. You will receive confirmation as well. Once you have registered and booked in a couple of times you will love it. Please attempt to book an appointment for your preferred date and time .. if you wait for a phone response then a client booking online might be already taking your preferred appointment slot.
The online system offers you the first available date, not necessarily the date you requested. This means that I am fully booked until the date offered to you. The system will also offer a selection of times if your preferred time isn’t available.
We would be delighted to help you book an appointment online when you come in for a treatment, just make us aware prior to your appointment so we can allow for extra time. We want to provide and offer clients the best possible service and hopefully this communication may help. We will do our utmost to respond in the quickest time possible if you wish to discuss an appointment, treatment or purchase a gift card.
